The company is paying NTC fees nearly a million a year. What remains in contention is NTC's assessment of Supervisory and Regulatory fees. The assessment is erroneous and confiscatory in nature, proof of which is the one you attached wherein most if not all telcos have NTC assessment issues and that these telcos are also protesting against NTC. Suffice to say that we are still paying nearly a million yearly.
The open position provided by Duterte reallocation of frequencies gives TBGI the opportunity to tap new upcoming Facebook fiber backbone and strategic sites that will be key to its collaboration with a winning telco that has all the resources to compete against the duopoly.
TBGI strategy is to add value to its site access, VSAT hub, its franchise, and community alliances.
