The Board of Directors of Chemrez Technologies, Inc. (COAT) approved the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of Php0.06 per share and special cash dividends of Php0.03 per share to stockholders of record as of July 17, 2013 and payable on August 12, 2013. Ex- Date on July 12, 2013.
