On January 13,2000, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the amendment of COSCO's primary purpose from an oil and mineral exploration and development corporation into a holding company. The SEC also approved on April 22, 2013 the Company's change of name from Alcorn Gold Resources Corporation to Cosco Capital, Inc. (COSCO) . COSCO was last traded at P16.74.
