The Board of Directors of Manila Jockey Club, Inc.(MJC) approved the following:

a. Declaration of 10% stock dividends with record date of July 18, 2013 and payment date on August 13, 2013. Ex-date on July 15, 2013.

b.Declaration of cash dividend of five centavos (Php0.05) per share with record date of June 18, 2013 and payment date on June 28, 2013. Ex-date on June 13, 2013.
