Monday that Alphaland Corp. has expressed interest in acquiring a stake in its mining operations.
"There have been initial inquiry regarding the possibility of Alphaland group gaining a stake in the mining operation of the company and/or in the ownership of the company itself," Omico said in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange.
"However, no terms of conditions have ever been discussed," said Omico Corp.
Alphaland Corp. is a joint venture between the group of former Trade Minister Roberto V. Ongpin, and British fund Ashmore UK Holdings. Read More...
