INTEGRATED MICRO-ELECTRONICS, INC. - Listing by Way of Introduction

"Please be informed that the Board of Directors of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (the “Exchange”), in its meeting on December 9, 2009, approved the application of Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (the “Company” or “IMI”), for the initial listing by way of introduction of 1,137,708,197 common shares, with a par value of ₱1.00 per share, under the First Board of the Exchange, at an indicative reference opening price of ₱6.24 per share."

"In view thereof, the listing of the 1,137,708,197 common shares is set for Thursday, January 21, 2010. However, out of the 1,137,708,197 shares to be listed, only 18,159,404 common shares will be tradable on January 21, 2010. The said 18,159,404 tradable common shares exclude the shares subject of the lock-up and the shares that are not available for lodgment."
