Gentlemen:

We wish to inform the Exchange that NiHAO Mineral Resources International, Inc. ("Nihao" or the "company"), is currently in negotiations with Oriental Vision Mining Philippines Corp. ("OVM") and China Shenzhen International Cooperation Co. ("CSICC"). These negotiations may lead toward the execution of definitive agreements next year.

NiHAO is in advanced negotiations with OVM's major shareholders for the acquisition of a substantial stake in OVM or in several of OVM's mineral properties. OVM has operating high-grade nickel mines in Surigao as well as several exploration projects in gold, copper, sulphur, phosphate and coal. It is the vehicle for the mining investments of leading luminaries in the resources industry of the Philippines, with decades of combined experience in mining operations and mineral exports.

CICC is a Chinese conglomerate with various business interests in conjunction with Chinese state overseas economic aid projects. It has a US$5 billion investment in Vietnam through its development of the Danang Economic & Trade Cooperation Zone. NiHAO and CSICC are in advanced talks for the development of a similar integrated industrial park here in the Philippines. The industrial park will be a joint venture between NiHAO, CSICC and Geograce REsources Pjhilippines, Inc.

Representatives of OVM and CSICC are expected to attend Nihao's annual stockholders' Meeting which is scheduled tomorrow, 18 December 2009, to apprise the stockholders of the nature of the above-mentioned transaction.
